Use of surveys in MS Teams

WEINMANN Emergency Medical Technology GmbH + Co. KG provides surveys via MS Forms. In essence, WEINMANN Emergency Medical Technology GmbH + Co. KG’s current data privacy statement applies as a basis.

As part of the data processing operation, Office 365 is supplied with a German tenant from a SharePoint Online. Microsoft Forms is processed in Dublin/Amsterdam (EU). The required agreements with Microsoft, including supplementary agreements and current data processing agreement (2020-12-09), have been concluded to allow processing.
