Declaration of Accessibility

This declaration relates to the website published under the URL www.weinmann-emergency.com.

As a private-law legal entity as defined by Directive (EU) 2016/2102, we strive to make our websites and mobile applications accessible pursuant to the provisions of the Hamburg Equality for Persons with Disabilities Act (HmbBGG in the following) and with the Hamburg Ordinance on Barrier-Free Information Technology (HmbBITVO in the following) for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Current Status of Compatibility with Legal Guideline Requirements

Accessibility requirements are presented in §1 of the HmbBITVO in relation to §3 section 1 - 4 as well as §4 of the Federal BITV, established on the basis of §11 of the HmbBGG. 

Reviews concerning adherence to the requirements are based on on a self-evaluation conducted on 04 June 2025, in compliance with HmbBITVO / BITV 2.0 / EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.2.

On the basis of the inspection, the website is partially compatible with the previously named applicants due to the following discrepancies.

  • To be consistent with our CI, we sometimes use white text on a blue background, which only has a contrast ratio of 3.14:1.

The arbitration board has the task of assisting in achieving alternative dispute resolution with regard to conflicts involving the theme of accessibility between people with disabilities and public sector entities.
