VR Experience and MEDUVISION Premier at RETTmobil International 2026

Three action-packed days at the trade show, engaging conversations, and numerous highlights: RETTmobil International in Fulda was once again a huge success for WEINMANN this year. Despite the rainy weather, many visitors took the opportunity to experience our emergency and out-of-hospital environment solutions firsthand and talk with our team. RETTmobil is considered one of the most important industry gatherings and every year brings together professionals from the fields of emergency medical services, disaster response, and emergency medicine.

Innovations experienced: VR scenarios and MEDUVISION

This year, our outdoor stand attracted a lot of attention: using virtual reality goggles, visitors were able to practice a realistic emergency scenario right inside the Advanced Life Support Ambulance and experience firsthand how our modern medical technology supports emergency response. This immersive experience drew enthusiastic responses and sparked lively discussions about practical applications in emergency medical services. 

Another major highlight was the first public presentation of our new video laryngoscope, MEDUVISION. At a separate stand, interested visitors could see the device in action, watch live demonstrations of its versatile features, and even try their hand at performing an intubation at one of the three different training stations. The live CPR demonstration by the influencers from “Blaulichtkanal” at the WEINMANN stand also thrilled many trade show visitors and created an exciting atmosphere and valuable opportunities for discussion on site. 

A strong team on site

Our team was available to answer questions throughout the trade show and had many interesting conversations. Colleagues from Italy, the United Kingdom, and Spain were also in attendance. Steffen Kruse, Head of Application Specialists at WEINMANN, emphasizes how important the trade show is for direct interaction: “Personal contact with our national and international customers is very important to us. RETTmobil provides the ideal setting for us to showcase our solutions and receive valuable feedback from a variety of sources.” 

After three successful days in Fulda, we are taking away many positive conversations, valuable feedback, and new ideas. RETTmobil has once again demonstrated how important personal interaction, hands-on demonstrations, and innovative technologies are for the future of emergency medical services.
