Phaina Advise 

Description and purpose:

The online questionnaire tool Phaina Advise is used on our website. Phaina Advise offers the possibility of automated advice, whereby further suitable questions can be asked on the basis of the previously answered questions in order to determine the user's needs as precisely as possible. At the end of the interview, a product is recommended based on the answers given, which can be accessed via a direct link.
The interviews are saved using a unique session id. The time and answer ID of the answers are saved. The session ID also stores which questions were asked and which products were ultimately recommended.
It is not possible to identify you personally using the above-mentioned data. However, personal data is processed if you provide further data for contacting us, such as your e-mail address. In this case, a link is created with the session ID.

Legal basis:

The legal basis for the use of Phaina Advise is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR Our legitimate interest lies in offering our customers a quick, simple and always accessible advice option and thus also improving the accessibility of product information.

Recipients:

No personal data is transferred to third parties.

Transfer to third countries:

There is no transfer of personal data to a third country.

Duration of data storage:

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In addition, the data will be deleted if you assert your right to deletion within the meaning of Art. 17 para. 1 GDPR

Objection:

In accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. If you exercise your right, processing for this purpose will no longer take place. Further information on this can be found in our privacy policy under "Rights of data subjects".

Contractual and legal obligation:

There is no contractual or legal obligation to provide the data.
