Part of the Trade Information Subscription
as per Article 13 and 14 GDPR
1. Data Processing
We – WEINMANN Emergency Medical Technology GmbH + Co. KG, Frohbösestraße 12, 22525 Hamburg, Germany – only process your personal data in conjunction with the ordering and receipt of our trade information in order to send you up-to-date information concerning our products. The data is processed on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR.
Trade information is only sent once you have registered using the double opt-in process. In order to register, you must provide your full name, your e-mail address and the name of your company. The data you provide are required in order to send you trade information, to verify you as a business partner and to prevent fraud. Without this data, we cannot take your registration for trade information into consideration. Once you have consented to receiving trade information, a confirmation link will be sent to you at the e-mail address provided. Once you have clicked on this confirmation link, your e-mail address will be transmitted to our software solution. You will only be added to the trade information distribution list after your data has been successfully verified.
2. Data Disclosure
In the course of sending the trade information, we use the software solution from the service provider CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, which accesses your data as part of order data processing as per Article 28 GDPR. In this context, the service provider is bound by instructions, which has been ensured by corresponding contracts.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent.
3. Performance Analysis
In order to improve the user experience, analyses are carried out as to which links are clicked on in the trade information. This interest should be viewed as legitimate as per Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Storage and Withdrawal of Consent
Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to the sending of trade information. You can withdraw your consent to receiving trade information online at any time with effect for the future without specifying any reasons via the unsubscribe form or via the unsubscribe option at the end of each piece of trade information.
5. Your Rights
We inform you that you have the following rights as the data subject as per Article 15 et seqq. GDPR under the conditions defined there: Right of access to the relevant personal data and to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability.
As per Article 77 GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (consent), you also have the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place based on the consent up to the point of withdrawal.
