1. Data Processing

We – WEINMANN Emergency Medical Technology GmbH + Co. KG, Frohbösestraße 12, 22525 Hamburg, Germany – process your personal data for the purpose of answering your request. In order to be able to deal with your request specifically, it may be necessary to contact you if required. This will be by e-mail or telephone. The legal basis for the processing of the data is our legitimate interest in answering your concern as per Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR and/or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request has the aim of concluding a contract.

2. Data Disclosure

In order to answer your request, your data will be disclosed to other companies within our group if required (see the page Subsidiaries). Data transfer takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest in order to be able to provide you with a comprehensive service offer. This also involves companies outside of the EU/EEA. We ensure an appropriate level of data protection by concluding standard contractual clauses. You can request these from us for free at any time at datenschutz@weinmann-emt.de.

Furthermore, we will not disclose your data to third parties without your express consent.

3. Storage and Erasure of Data

In the context of processing contact forms, we use the software solution from the service providers TYPO3 Association and Zendesk Incorporated. Your data will be erased automatically after 120 days at the latest in the corresponding system after processing of your request has been completed – insofar as no legal retention requirements run contrary to this.

4. Your Rights

We inform you that you have the following rights as the data subject as per Article 15 et seqq. GDPR under the conditions defined there: Right of access to the relevant personal data and to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability.
