as per Article 13 and 14 GDPR

1. Data Processing

We – WEINMANN Emergency Medical Technology GmbH + Co. KG, Frohbösestraße 12, 22525 Hamburg, Germany – process your personal data in relation to carrying out the application process as well as checking your potential suitability for work. We hereby process the information you have provided for the purpose of making a well-founded personnel decision based on Art. 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR. In addition, assessments based on objective, non-discriminatory criteria will be stored; insofar as this is permissible on a case-by-case basis, publicly accessible personal data concerning you will also be stored.

The data you have provided is required in order to carry out the application process. Without this data, we cannot take your application into consideration.

2. Data Disclosure

External IT service providers may be able to access your data. In all cases, the service providers are bound by instructions – this has been ensured by corresponding contracts.

Only insofar as you have given your consent as part of your application process, we will also disclose your personal data to additional companies in our corporate group in order to provide you with additional options to join our corporate group.

3. Storage and Erasure of Data

Your data will be stored for as long as is required for the above-mentioned purpose of the recruitment process. If you object to the data processing during the recruitment process, the data – insofar as no other legal retention requirements run contrary to this – will be erased.

The data will then be erased once the application process has finished and once any periods for filing a complaint have elapsed – unless you have given your consent to storing your application for additional job vacancies. Unsolicited applications will be stored for a maximum of up to two years or until your withdrawal of consent, and then erased.

4. Your Rights

We inform you that you have the following rights as the data subject as per Article 15 et seqq. GDPR under the conditions defined there: Right of access to the relevant personal data and to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability.

As per Article 77 GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (consent), you also have the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place based on the consent up to the point of withdrawal.
